      Hey,

Intro : Describe India growing power status, ambition, being touted as upcoming global superpower, also mention India’s traditional big brother status with regards to its neighbors, neighbors also means Indian Ocean Region, be very brief

      Main Body :

Mention recent issues with all the neighbors and decline in relations, write about Nepal, Myanmar ( Rohingya Issues ) and all other countries

write in the context of how India has helped or dominated issues in the past, and now declining say even in bilateral issues, for example, India helped Myanmar with democratic setup, also Afghanistan and now Taliban is back in Afghanistan and India is unable to take Myanmar to account with regards to Rohingya Issue

Similarly write about other countries in several paras

Now, write some positive developments also, Should be less than negatives, as tone of essay is negative

then, most important, write unique suggestions, regarding what India can do to improve relations, and gain back its power status

      Conclusion :

Conclude on a positive and futuristic note

      Regards
